The hotel welcomed us with a welcome package, including fresh fruit and wine. The service was very attentive, friendly, and discreet. The restaurant was delicious. Breakfasts were plentiful and varied. We also had a wonderful massage, which we purchased separately. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel, staff are attentive, helpful and friendly. Well managed and very clean, the rooms are contemporary and well maintained. Perfect location for exploring Krakow. Extra heaters etc available if you are cold, also if you are missing anything or need anything they can help with it all. Cannot fault the hotel or staff. Resident manager Jan does an excellent job and we found new member Bartosz extremely helpful. Well done keep up the great work. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great stay at Queen Bouthique Hotel. It is in a perfect location between the old town and the jewish quater. All the staff were very helpful here at the front desk, at breakfast and the driver. Room was nice and spacious looking out on to the street. The use of the sauna is also free for guests, although you have to book your slot at the front desk. Would highly recommend!
