The hotel has an excellent location. It can be a bit noisy, but if your plan is to spend most of your time out and only return to rest after a long day, it works well. In our case, we slept very well. Housekeeping is good, and the reception staff is helpful when we need anything. The pool and rooftop are nice. Breakfast is simple (no protein) but with different options. Overall, the value for money met our expectations. The only negative aspect, which left a bad taste in our mouths and would prevent us from returning or recommending the place, was the safety issue with the bed frame design. It's very exposed and seems risky. I tripped over it and suffered a severe contusion. An ambulance attended to me, and the night watchman witnessed the situation, but the hotel made no attempt to help afterward. I suggest reviewing this design or adding indirect lighting with motion sensors to prevent future accidents.

We stayed in the loft suite and it was huge! It was super nice to have a kitchen and modern bathrooms. The room was 2 floors and had a balcony on each floor, the top floor had sirect access to to the pool area. The hotel is abit "dated" (as in not newly renovated), but the price is good for the big room and the location. The location is superb, next to 5th avenue and 3 mins walk to a big supermarket. 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, we preferrered to go to the beach entrence "the reef at Coco beach" Aluna spa is 5 minutes-ish away and offer good massage. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Our favourites: Salvie, Arcana, El bajon vegan tacos, bio-natural, coral vegan pizza

The positive points are the location, the friendly staff, and a nearby laundromat. But there are quite a few negative points. A nightclub nearby with no soundproofing, so it's very noisy until early morning :( Breakfast consists only of toast and instant coffee :( Overall, the value for money is mixed. The only positive point is that the room was clean. It's a shame.
