Too noisy due to trucks, especially at night. The toilet is a disaster; this hotel is not recommended.

👎🏿👎🏿 Terrible! #CockroachesUponOpeningTheRoom Booked 3 rooms. Room 1: Found a cockroach sleeping in the middle of the room. Room 2: Birds were in the back of the room, with bird feathers piled up. Room 3: Not too many problems, just one light wasn't working. ‼️The main problem that was really unacceptable was the broken light outside the room; it was so dark (we had elderly people with us). We had to search for a place to insert the key card in the dark to open the room. -Initially, I wanted to ask to change one room because of the cockroaches (we got a room on the 7th floor, unbearable! Even in the elevator, we were met with the smell of paint thinner, and importantly, there were cleaning supplies and a trash can right outside the room‼️). -So, I asked to change to another room on the 2nd floor. It was around 7-8 PM when we checked in. It was chaotic moving rooms up and down. I was so angry. We were tired from traveling and instead of resting, we had to deal with this. Sometimes I wanted to just accept it and let it go, but there were so many problems, I couldn't handle it anymore. We booked the room between 4-7 AM. Instead of checking the room before guests arrived, the staff's work ethic is unacceptable and needs significant improvement. Checking the room, weather, and premises before guests are welcome is crucial. We paid in full and booked the room before arrival. Have other guests encountered similar problems? Will you improve this? I've seen many celebrity reviews, and I didn't expect this. I understand paying in advance is necessary because each hotel has different booking procedures, but I've never experienced this at other hotels. This needs improvement. You might think we're being picky, but this isn't what we should have to deal with. #Terrible experience. We haven't received an apology or anything. The night shift staff tried to resolve the issue but to no avail, saying they couldn't contact anyone or the management. 🫷🏻 We are waiting for an apology or any form of compensation. Please contact us.
