Extremely poor customer experience. We booked a one night stay, but extended our vacation trip and therefore wanted to change the date of the booking. You get mails from Radisson before arrival telling how happy they are to host us soon nad a telephone number in case of any request, booking changes etc. When we dialed that number, we got an unfriendly guy telling us he is not in charge and we have to call the hotel directly, he is at the general hotline. If you press the option for the hotel then, noone picks up. After several tries finally someone picked up, saying I have to call booking.com, where we booked the stay. Booking.com on the other side stated we have to contact the hotel for that. I could go on with this now, as I also had e-mail exchanges with Radisson employees. I never felt treated well as a customer and unfortunately there is a big missmatch what the hotel states in welcome mails and how it really acts.

Radisson Blu Terminal Hotel at Arlanda Airport is a convenient option for a layover or an early flight. Initially, we booked a Superior room with a runway view, but unfortunately this was not a good choice. You don’t actually see the runway directly – instead, you look at the airport through several internal windows, which was disappointing. The Superior rooms and corridors felt quite old, dark, and a bit gloomy. Because of this, we decided to upgrade to a Premium room. The Premium rooms are located in a separate area with much brighter colors and a more modern atmosphere. The room felt more open and comfortable. The staff was very polite and genuinely tried to find a better solution for us, which we really appreciated. Overall, the service was good, and the breakfast was also nice.
