We came with high expectations and were disappointed by the welcome first of all. Nothing was communicated to us at the reception, we had to ask ourselves all the questions about breakfast, menu, how we can access it... what we can do in the hotel and what we find in the room, this aspect is a very important one for us, but it leaves a lot to be desired. For such a hotel, you can't have a girl (Alexandra) at the reception who can barely say two words. Not to mention a warm welcome. Not to mention the fact that you do NOT have parking included, this is paid separately 25€ per night and we were only informed at the hotel. Something horrible to find parking on the weekend. The room was ok, spacious and the bed very comfortable. But we will definitely not come back, exaggerated prices for what they offer.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Aurum Hotel, Brașov. Everything was exactly as you would expect from a top hotel: very clean and elegant rooms, a pleasant atmosphere and a great location right in the center of Brașov. What made the experience truly special, however, was the attention to detail and the way we were treated as guests. I would like to especially thank Alexandru Butunoi, who was extremely professional, kind and attentive, contributing a lot to the fact that we felt truly welcome. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a special experience in Brașov. 😊
