During our stay, unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly affected our overall experience. First of all, there was constant noise due to construction taking place nearby, which made it quite difficult to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast was also very disappointing. While there was a wide variety of Asian dishes, there were almost no options suitable for a European-style breakfast. For guests who are not used to such cuisine in the morning, the selection felt extremely limited. The coffee from the machine was also not enjoyable. Additionally, the service during breakfast was inconvenient — many items had to be specially requested rather than being readily available, and sometimes these requests were forgotten. Secondly, we experienced a very heavy reaction after eating at the hotel. While we chose not to formally complain during the stay, it did seem that the food or possibly the water caused significant discomfort. In addition, it was not entirely clear why the drinks were priced with such a high markup compared to the overall dining experience. Upon arrival, we were initially assigned a very disappointing room on the top level. The sound insulation was extremely poor — we could clearly hear everything happening in the neighboring room, which created a very uncomfortable situation. There were also lizards appearing in the room area, which was unpleasant and concerning. Another issue was the service response time. On several occasions we had to call multiple times — sometimes repeatedly — just to request basic things like housekeeping or water delivery. The checkout process was particularly disappointing and very slow. Even though I called in advance to request assistance with our luggage, no one arrived to collect it. Eventually, the receptionist had to leave the front desk and go collect the luggage personally, which significantly delayed the checkout process. At the same time, one positive moment worth mentioning was the assistance provided when I suddenly felt very unwell during the night. The hotel staff helped organize a doctor through an external medical service very quickly. The doctor himself was excellent, and we truly appreciated the prompt response and support in that situation. After we raised concerns about the room, the team did help us move to another room where the noise was less noticeable, which we also appreciated. However, the overall first impression and service experience were already affected. Considering the level of pricing and the requirement for a deposit, the overall service and guest experience were quite disappointing. We genuinely expected a much higher level of organization and service from the hotel
