I've stayed at the radisson amsterdam twice. It's my standard hotel when i travel to Amsterdam. The service is always good and the staff make my stay comfortable. The staff are always friendly and have a smile.. its a home away from home

Great hotel, slept well. There's a €30 surcharge for additional cleaning for a dog. One minor complaint: the TV was glitchy and frequently cut out.
