After our AJet flight was cancelled on January 2nd, we were placed in this hotel, and while we were thinking, "Oh no, they'll put us in a budget-friendly hotel now, ruining our vacation even more," it was a stroke of luck that we came to Radisson and met Mr. Yakup. With his help, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. His energy and approach to guests (despite all the stress and work pressure) pleased us very much.
