I stay here once a year and really like the hotel. It's not the most modern, but it's clean and well-maintained. The staff is always friendly and the location right next to the main train station is unbeatable.

This hotel is definitely not recommended. I had booked three nights through Booking.com months ago, but they were cancelled at short notice due to "overbooking because of technical difficulties." I was even advised to cancel the booking myself! Where does that happen? I didn't want to cancel! To avoid incurring additional costs for not showing up, I did it anyway. I find this procedure extremely unprofessional! I've now booked a different hotel.

I haven't experienced such friendly and incredibly service-oriented staff in a very long time. Fantastic! And the breakfast buffet is great too, with plenty of everything. Very diverse! It couldn't be better. Thank you!
