Cashless-only policy ruins the stay The biggest and most unacceptable issue: cashless payments ONLY! Guests are forced to pay by card everywhere, with no alternative!This is a major negative point and should not be imposed on hotel guests. It feels less like hospitality and more like cost-cutting, possibly Radisson group wants to avoid expenses related to handling cash, or to push questionable “cashless/Agenda 2030” style policies. Either way, guests should have a choice!!! Positives: -Breakfast is good and well organized -Kid-friendly atmosphere, which families will appreciate -Spa and wellness area is pleasant and well maintained However, the cashless-only policy overshadows everything, very stressful, unpleasant and ignorant from the staff only accept cash. A hotel should focus on guest comfort and freedom, not enforce restrictive payment systems!!! Until this policy changes, I cannot fully recommend this hotel!!!
