Unfortunately, my experience was rather negative. The pool is more like a paddling pool with three loungers, and it's hit or miss whether the elevator accepts your card. The "pillow spray" that was supposed to be there according to the description was missing. There's also a lamp in the room that only turns off when you unplug it. In my opinion, the breakfast was inadequate. If you like apple pie for breakfast, then maybe it's fine. On the plus side, the hot dishes were hot. The service at the bar is excellent! They have delicious cocktails and wines.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely problematic from beginning to end and in no way meets the standards of a four-star hotel. We arrived shortly before midnight on the first day and went straight to our room. A very unpleasant odor was immediately noticeable. When I checked the toilet, I was shocked by the sight. The toilet was completely flooded, and feces were floating on the surface. I immediately reported this to reception, and although we were given a new room right away, the problems didn't end there. In the second room, the closet door was lying on the floor, and the toilet there also smelled extremely unpleasant. We had to keep the toilet door closed at all times to even be able to tolerate the stench in the room. Due to the stress of the nighttime room change, I forgot my wallet and car keys in the original room. Instead of the hotel staff proactively approaching us, I had to go to reception myself to retrieve my belongings. The next day, another very serious incident occurred. I was stuck in the elevator for over an hour. I immediately pressed the emergency button and was contacted by the Schindler company, who assured me that help would arrive promptly and that someone from the hotel had been informed. However, after about 45 minutes, no one had arrived. During this time, I received no information whatsoever about what was happening or how long it would take. The situation became increasingly frightening, and I slowly began to panic. Finally, I contacted my wife, who went to the reception desk. The supervisor present was very unfriendly to her, provided hardly any information, and generally seemed completely unprofessional. This may have been due to a lack of German skills. If that's the case, it should be communicated openly so that they could switch to English. Either way, his behavior was completely inappropriate. While I was trapped in the elevator, I suddenly heard flashing blue lights and realized that the fire department was on its way. After more than an hour, I was finally freed from the elevator by the fire department. A hotel employee was also present but showed no empathy whatsoever. She didn't ask how I was or if I needed any help, but completely ignored me, even though I was visibly upset. That, too, was extremely unprofessional. Upon checking out, I complained at length to reception and described the entire incident. We were subsequently refunded the full amount, which I appreciate. Nevertheless, such conditions and such poor service simply shouldn't occur in a four-star hotel. Overall, a very disappointing stay with serious hygiene deficiencies, safety issues, and a lack of professionalism from the staff. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.
