Throughout our stay, both the quality of service and the team's approach were truly impressive. In particular, the attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism of Seda, Eda, and Betül, and their team members in the food service area, elevated our experience significantly. The speed of service and attention to detail were commendable. Furthermore, the entire team that greeted us in the lobby made us feel very comfortable with their willingness to help in every way. The Ataşehir location offers the best value for money for this hotel. It's easy to reach important points, taxis are readily available nearby, and it's close to public transportation. The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast service and the bar's beverage service are particularly excellent.
