It was a very good experience. The place is beautiful and clean, and the location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, close to everything. The staff were helpful and their service was more than wonderful, especially Sarah at reception, who was understanding and helped me with everything to make my stay enjoyable. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a wonderful time in Lucerne.

We had the pleasure of enjoying Sunday brunch at Luce with our whole family. The food, the service, and the entire atmosphere are simply unbeatable. Children are always warmly welcomed. We don't know of any other place where you can spend such a pleasant few hours. Many thanks to the staff (waiters and kitchen).

My experience at the hotel was highly disappointing as the service staff at the reception was very rude and unprofessional. It looks that the reception staff is more concerned about selling tours in Lucerne than the check in and check out. Even when people are standing in queue the Asian lady at the reception was sharing tour details as if people in the queue have all the time in the world. I had a train to catch so I requested for a fast check out but she said it is not my problem and she went on to explain tour details till 15-20 mins. In today’s world Holiday inn and other chains provide express check in and check out but Radisson doesn’t care. I had a similar experience during my check in here when they deliberately made me wait for my room for an hour but other guests were allowed check in and the rooms were given. I have stayed in Radisson in different countries and this is the worst experience I ever had. Please train your staff to be customer friendly and have some social etiquettes else no guests will become your repeat customers. Also please have a separate tour/ local guide information desk which is the norm in any four/ five star hotels. Because of the reception lady I ended up missing my train. Such a pity to experience this. Hope it doesn’t happen with anyone. Request intervention from the management. I could not get the name of that Asian lady at reception else I would have mentioned it here. I did my check out on 28th Dec at 11 25 am.It can be verified through the reception footage.
