Very disappointing. Our stay fell far short of expectations. It was extremely hot, and the ventilation system wasn't working, to the point that we had to request a room change… at midnight, which is clearly unacceptable after a long day. Furthermore, we arrived as a group of about twenty people, even though we had booked an entire section of the hotel. The welcome was particularly cold, even unpleasant. The person in charge of reception was rude and unprofessional. An attempt was made to rectify the situation later, but the damage was done. The overall experience remains negative and makes us not want to return.
