My partner and I stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel Mannheim from Friday to Sunday and were absolutely thrilled. Even upon our arrival on Friday – after a long drive and quite exhausted – we received such a warm welcome at reception that we immediately felt comfortable and valued. A special shout-out goes to Dimi, who checked us in. He was incredibly friendly, courteous, and attentive. It was immediately clear that guest satisfaction was truly important to him. He proactively asked if we were familiar with Mannheim, if we needed any recommendations, and was extremely helpful overall. This warm welcome immediately set a positive tone for our stay. The hotel itself also leaves nothing to be desired: It's spotlessly clean, modern, and very well-maintained. The location is excellent, with everything easily accessible. An absolute highlight for us – and truly something we'd never experienced before – were the ice machines on every floor, right next to the elevators. This was definitely one of the small but special touches. The fitness area is also superbly equipped with excellent machines, as is the sauna area – everything is clean, quiet, and very pleasant. Overall, everything here is just right. The value for money is absolutely outstanding, the service is first-class, and the feeling of well-being is palpable throughout. We're certain of one thing: when we return to Mannheim, we won't stay in any other hotel. A definite recommendation!

We received a wonderful welcome; everything was explained and questions were answered immediately. The rooms are stylishly and modernly furnished. There's a parking garage directly under the hotel. Breakfast and the bar were excellent. We only encountered friendly staff. My only complaint is that the website isn't very user-friendly.
