Unlike our previous stays at the Radisson, everything fell short of what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel: When we got to our room, we discovered there were two single beds, even though I had called the hotel before booking and specifically requested a double bed. I went down to reception to report this, and the response was simply, "The hotel is full, there's nothing we can do," with a nonchalance I've rarely seen. Basically, it's not our problem... Next problem: the heating wasn't working, it was blowing cold air! I reported this as well, and the response was, "It's December 31st, there are no technicians available, there's nothing we can do," with the same nonchalance as the day before. Since our stay was for two nights, I called again the next day and received the same response. They finally turned off the heating, and we froze for two days. Totally unacceptable! During our stay, on two occasions, staff members entered our room uninvited, knocking and entering without waiting. This is completely unacceptable, a violation of privacy, and shows a lack of respect for guests. On the day of departure, I noticed on the bill that I was charged for an extra breakfast. I pointed it out, and basically, they told me I didn't understand and wouldn't let it go. The person then called a manager who confirmed there was indeed an error and that I would receive a refund. The staff has changed drastically; they are completely overwhelmed and nonchalant most of the time. They are condescending, which I find more than unacceptable coming from a hotel of this standard. The only positive aspect of the stay was the bartender downstairs, who was very friendly and professional. We are Radisson Rewards members, but I must admit I don't know if I'll return to this hotel if nothing changes, and I usually recommend it to our friends, but this time I won't...

Upon arrival at 2:50 PM, we were told we had to wait until 3:00 PM to check in. We returned at 3:00 PM and were told we had to wait another 15 minutes for the room to be ready... We finally got to the room and discovered there were two single beds, even though I had called the hotel before booking to confirm I wanted a double bed. We had to go down to reception twice before they sent someone to resolve the situation. Then we noticed there was no hairdryer in the room, so we had one brought to us. When we went to use it, we noticed the cord came out of the hairdryer properly but didn't stay in place and rewound immediately. It was impossible to use unless you held your head right up to the plug. Next problem: the heating wasn't working; it was blowing cold air! We had to call reception again, and they sent a technician who performed a test and told us it should be okay, but if it still wasn't working, he'd tell reception to move us to another room. After two hours, it was still blowing cold air (even though it was set to 29°C), so we called reception again, and they told us it was normal, that we had to wait for it to heat up gradually (it had already been two hours), and that they wouldn't move us to another room. In the end, we gave up and turned off the heating. The large chair in the room is filthy! When we shower, water leaks from the tap and also under the glass of the bathtub, so when we get out, it's like a swimming pool. At night, you can hear noises from the hallways, the neighbors upstairs, and especially the road across the street—there's absolutely no soundproofing. Breakfast is a nightmare too. There are fewer tables than guests, so you have to wait for one to become available, and when you go to get your food, people are practically tripping over each other because there's so little space. The staff seemed completely lost. The parking lot is okay, except the entrance/exit is incredibly cramped, and when I get to my car in the morning, I find condoms, their wrappers, and towels behind it... The reception restrooms are filthy as well. A truly terrible experience for me.

It's not what it used to be… I stayed at this hotel from January 2nd to 4th, 2026. The waitress at the restaurant on the 8th floor asked me if I was joking when I inquired about room service being available at night, as advertised. On Saturday night, we entered our room and there were no bath towels. I had to call the receptionist, who brought them to me quickly. The other departments don't answer at midnight on a Saturday night, so you won't be entitled to room service, even though they offer it. The receptionist told us that everyone had left at 11 PM 🙄 He was alone for the entire hotel; imagine the security situation 🙄 He had to close the hotel to bring us the towels… Go there if you expect nothing and aren't too demanding about the price; otherwise, avoid it!!!
