The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Staff was rude and uninformative, we had to change 3 rooms throughout our one week stay, because they could not sort out the AC problems The breakfast was supposed to be included in the middle of the stay they said it is not. They suggested anything complimentary in room but not breakfast, breakfast is very limited and totally not worth paying 460 korunas for it. Absolutely ruined our stay in Prague. Strongly recommend picking a different hotel. Sorting out the problems was very difficult, staff was very ignorant and was talking from authority position, in the end nothing sorted out.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was good, close to the Old Town Square. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, but it wasn't friendly to vegetarians; there were no signs indicating this, and even the chef couldn't answer their questions!

This is a nice hotel with spacious rooms with many amenities situated in a historical building. The location is a bit far from all major sights, but still walking distance. Breakfast was ok, but probably we expected a bit better from this hotel. In general we had a pleasant experience!
