I am writing this with a very heavy heart. Recently, due to a sudden flight cancellation, I was stranded at the airport for over 12 hours. In a state of extreme physical and mental exhaustion, I made a mistake and booked the wrong date for my stay at this hotel. I stayed in hotel one night all the condition is great ,I would like to recommend this hotel. As an exchange student on a very tight budget, this error has cost me my entire living allowance for my final month in Europe. I currently have less than €100 left in my bank account. I have reached out to the hotel to explain that I cannot claim insurance because the dates do not match my flight cancellation, but unfortunately, my request for help was declined due to the prepaid policy. I have always respected Radisson Blu as a world-class brand, and I am still hoping for a gesture of kindness or any form of assistance during this difficult time. This refund would mean everything to me right now. I sincerely hope the management can reconsider my situation. I am an exchange student in the Netherlands and came to Tormso for a trip a few days ago. Recently, due to a sudden flight cancellation, I was stranded at the airport for over 12 hours. I have always respected international brands like Radisson Blu and still hold onto a sliver of hope that the hotel management will consider my predicament and offer any form of assistance to a student far from home. This refund is crucial to my current life, and I sincerely request that the hotel reconsider.
