DO NOT GO! Staff make you feel very unwelcome, our family like to visit hotels before we stay as we don’t want to spend money on something we may not like! We went in and basically got shunned straight away, tried to buy a day pass for the amenities and they acted like we were criminals! The worst staff member is a man called Davy who when we tried to leave he was bitching about us within ear shot! We did eat at the hotel and spent quite a lot of money at the hotel and it was my dad and brothers birthday meal!!!! I would highly recommend no one visits as the service is awfullll!!!

Loved the hotel, the hospitality is a very high standard and the staff are so amazing. The restaurant waitresses served our dinner: Busi and Natasha, are the best.
