I chose this hotel specifically for a birthday celebration. The hotel was completely unprepared, and until we called reception, they wouldn't offer anything. They told us to expect the cake in 30 minutes, just when we were about to check out. The spa closed at 9 pm. It was an unpleasant experience. The room smelled damp. There was no view from the windows. It's best not to open them at all.

Apart from the swimming pool and sauna, calling this place a 5-star hotel is a joke. The staff at the entrance were not friendly or helpful at all. I booked a double room as a couple, but we were given twin beds pushed together with just one sheet on top. There was a constant shortage of towels. I would never come back to this disrespectful place. The hotel café has low-quality food at very high prices. Respect yourself and don’t stay at this hotel. Also, the location is very hard to walk around — it’s uphill. Around holidays, you can’t even find a taxi, or it becomes extremely expensive. If I ever come back, I’d choose an Ibis hotel in the city centre or an Airbnb instead. By the way, guest ca not change the room temperature!!!! It was too hot!
