We checked in last night after a 12-hour flight for one night with our two kids. Room 572 was unfortunately a disaster. It was 25 degrees Celsius and the air conditioning wasn't working. The whole room reeked of sewage. The shower drain was clogged. There was barely any toilet paper left, just a tiny bit from the previous guest. The sink wasn't clean... I think there were food scraps left around the edge from the previous guest. The beds were incredibly hard... although that's obviously a matter of personal preference. Changing rooms in the middle of the night with the kids was neither feasible nor reasonable. In the morning, at check-out, we simply received a "We're sorry." That was it. No offer of a discount. No attempt at compensation. No invitation to breakfast or anything else. Overall, a huge disappointment. The fact that they handled the situation so unprofessionally at check-out surprised us more than anything at a hotel of this class.

Very nice hotel, well kept and clean - menu could be better, I'd advise nipping over the road and eating at the airport, way more options and cheaper.
