Very central location and in the same building as the Disney Store. Staff is very friendly an our room was clean an nice. One suggestion about the Receptio- area; It does look a bit cheap and messy with the huge Commercial poster for Radisson - it is even blocking part of the desk for the reception. Likesidet with the «footprints» and the too big signa in every single table in the breakfastroom. Does not give a great first impression. Other them that - and the acocadotoast that was kot made of fresh acocados at all, everything was perfect.

hotels great the location is excellent but the staff (not all) but majority has an attitude and weird unwelcoming aura. i’d be nice if some were nicer idk beats me. i also verbally asked for a double room and i flat out got ignore lol

My husband and I took my sister and brother-in-law for a theatre break. The Radisson Blu, Mercer Street came highly recommended by a friend. It was a fabulous hotel, and the best thing about it was the head concierge, Edward Parkes, who was immensely helpful and friendly. He really was the icing on the cake. In the kitchen, Arlay and his brother were courteous and kind. Our rooms were lovely - clean and well-equipped. The location of this hotel is perfect. We walked 5 mins to Covent Garden and 10 mins to The Piccadilly Theatre. Also, the hotel isn't too big - there's a cosy feel. Breakfasts offered healthy vegetarian food as well as other choices. We enjoyed it so much, I've booked again for the 4 of us to return in springtime. Thanks again to Arlay and his brother, and to Edward Parkes.
