This isn't our first time staying at the hotel. After a disappointing stay at a chain hotel on Phu Quoc Island, it was so nice to immerse ourselves in a 5-star atmosphere! Excellent service, amazing breakfast, and very friendly staff. They upgraded our room as a club member (although they're not required to do so) and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you, Radisson!
