Was here January 2026. Unpleasant reception when we arrived. Not even a smile or information about anything. When we got to the room there were pee stains on the floor of the toilet. One of the couples had brown stains on the sheets like after chocolate. The food at the restaurant was a meager selection with just hamburgers. The breakfast was too bad. Bacon that crumbled and was rock hard. Meatballs tasted cooked. Poor selection, the yogurt was out. The cheese slices were hard. Will never stay there again!

The prices for services are very expensive. A bottle of wine costs 1200 kroner. Drinks at the spa are very expensive; a can of beer with a Popler costs 240 kroner. The room floor is very cold, especially the bathroom floor. Nothing is free. Going up to the hotel to see the city requires a very large sum of money, even though you are a hotel guest.The hotel's technology is poor; you can't connect the TVs to your phone, so you get bored in the room.
