I'd say this is the only hotel in Gothenburg city center that offers quality service and a rich breakfast. While Nordic hotels often lack slippers and have limited breakfast variety, this hotel provides excellent service with a smile and helpfulness in every aspect. The interior is spacious; the only downside is that the sauna is an extra charge at this price, which I don't understand.

Beautiful hotel in a prime location opposite the main train and bus stations. Shopping mall and city center, as well as numerous good restaurants and bars, are within walking distance. Make sure you get a room overlooking the station square; the rooms facing the hotel's atrium don't even have windows that can be opened and offer no fresh air. The back of the hotel faces a narrow, unattractive side street, and there's been a huge construction site next to the hotel for over two years now.

Great hotel in s very convenient location. Super clean and well appointed rooms, I recommend online check in especially on weekends. Breakfast is plentiful and has amazing attention to details like gluten free counter, lactose free drinks, and even sticks of celery next to tomato juice. On weekends they serve breakfast 7:00 to 11:00, on weekdays 6:30 to 9:30. Ice vending machine is on floor 1. Lifts go up and down only with room card. Rooms are TRULY spacious, so are the bathrooms. Room safe, ironing board, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap - all good. Hair dryer is in the Velvet sack on the shelf in the bathroom. Towels are crispy clean and soft. Some rooms have view to the atrium, some to the street nearby. Minifigures are not stocked. Tea/coffee making facilities are also present.
