The customer facing experience is one that's rarely seen in the industry. After an initial minor miscommunication issue about room service during my first night's stay, the hotel staff at the reception during the next day, important to mention it was in Maria in particular, took active initiative in resolving it, especially considering the fact that I was talking to a different representative about something else and she just overhead my room number and jumped in, something she as many people do could just ignore but instead didn't and was willing to face potential conflict in the interest of the betterment of the hotel experience, and was very open and willing to listen to feedback and most importantly react on it in the most fair and forthcoming way. What started as a dissatisfaction for me turned out to be a beautiful, memorable and rare experience. This is one of the best things a hotel, and really any business, can do, something that I respect and wish more places did. Thank you Maria. You singlehandedly changed the image of an enormous hotel for the better.
