Great location. Unfortunately, the only upgrade available to VIPs is the cathedral room. The room wasn't properly cleaned; there was a half-empty bottle in the fridge, a tripping hazard in the middle of the room, and the heating wasn't working correctly. After asking several times, we finally received a space heater and an extra blanket. For a 5-star hotel, we expect 5-star standards. The spa area was very clean and had a small pool. There's a nice light show several times in the evening.
