"Food is excellent, staff is extremely cooperative. Especially chef Mr Ravi, Chef Aravind and Mr Priyanshu" for this review Mr Ravi requested me and asked to review and write his and others name. He himself selected star rating on my phone. (Now I have changed the star rating and share my honest experience with you). This all happens while I have my breakfast with my wife . He didn't have patience to wait. some more interesting things about this hotel. I have booked a double bed room for two nights stay, they provided me with a twin bed room. Then they started judging me and my wife as we are not married and started showing their narrow mindedness. I ignored but That was really non-sense from people at reception at the time of check-in. food is average , don't take tea or coffee from there , both are useless. we tried idly , that was not fresh. They don't have much variety. I will suggest don't take food from there if you stay , but there are other good options nearby like Royal sarowar portico, trident etc. Radisson Agra is an average hotel , they are very welcoming only at the time of check in. They greet you all day but when it comes to service they become ignorant. I have called and informed them about my check out but nobody apeears. You have to carry your bags down to reception area. If you complaint about anything they will ask for concrete evidence ( somebody was complaining about some room they asked for photo evidence). At the time of check out they stop you judging you as theif who may have stolen some thing from their "no so good hotel". They will stop you taking breakfast to your room if someone is sick and unable to come to restaurant area. In front of me they stopped a gentleman taking food to his room for his mother who was not well that day. Even that gentleman asked them "send your men to check whether my mother is sick or not" but they refused and didn't allow him to take food to his room for his mother. Lacks basic humanity. Most of the reviews which you are seeing here are forced(asked) to write in front of them only and they asked to write their names in reviews.
