One-night stay with breakfast. The hotel appears well-maintained at first glance, but several cleanliness details could be improved (dust and hair under the bed, marks on the walls). Breakfast offers a good selection of drinks, but the choice of cold cuts and cheeses is limited, and there is no gluten-free bread (only a cake). The staff at check-in and check-out were not particularly welcoming, and the breakfast service was rather abrupt, with plates being cleared very quickly. Overall, acceptable for one night, but the value for money could be better.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. The reservation was already paid through Booking.com, but when I arrived at reception they forced me to pay the full amount again before allowing me to check in. They did not check whether the payment had already been made through Booking, and I was told that if I didn’t pay again I would not be allowed to enter the room. As a result, I was charged twice for the same stay. Since then, both Booking.com and I have tried multiple times to contact the hotel to resolve the issue and arrange a refund, but they simply do not respond. I have had to handle all the refund management myself despite the mistake being entirely on their side. I have proof of all payments and communication. Unfortunately, the lack of responsibility and the complete absence of customer service after the incident has been extremely frustrating. I would strongly recommend that future guests double-check everything before paying at reception.

I had a really positive & pleasant experience during check in & my entire stay with the front office staff and supervisors. For some weird reason, my travel office booked multiple rooms (4 in total) for me in error. With the proactive & customer-centric support of front office supervisor, Elizabeth, I was able to work with my travel office to cancel the 3 extra rooms at no extra charge to me. This also happened to 2 other colleagues traveling with me & Elizabeth was able to also resolve their issues at no cost. In addition, the underground parking garage was full when I checked in & Elizabeth proactively found one last spot she assigned to me. In terms of location, it's very short walking distance to a nearby tram station where you can commute to the airport, Zurich central station or other parts of Zurich. There is also a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel and also nearby restaurants & a Migros grocery store that you can walk to. My room was relatively small & could do with some more lighting. It was however maintained very clean on a daily basis. In terms of amenities, ironing board+ iron, toiletries, a safe, a kettle were amongst items provided in the room.
