The food and service were very good. But Christmas dinner was a disaster. They left the guests in a poorly maintained basement with supermarket-style music playing, and worst of all, we waited three hours for dinner. In the end, there was no dinner; it was complete chaos. We only had one drink and one dessert. I paid for dinner separately, and there were four of us: my elderly parents, my daughter, and me. There were children waiting for dinner; they fell asleep until they were finally given some fries as a temporary fix. No one took responsibility. They ruined our Christmas Eve. Unacceptable!

Cons: Poorly located, 7-8 blocks from the beach and 2.5 km from the most popular restaurants. The elevators are ALL unreliable; you have to wait ages to get on or they arrive full, wasting a lot of time. The shuttles are never on time; they either leave early or make you wait 20 minutes. The internet requires you to reconnect every day, meaning you have to re-enter your data, and it keeps cutting out. The pool is small for the number of people staying there and is only about 1 meter deep at most. Pros: It's a nice building, has a very comfortable restaurant, delicious food, and a very welcoming atmosphere. I want to highlight the excellent service from the receptionist, Alicia, who treated us wonderfully and was always willing to help with any issues.

Customer service via Instagram and WhatsApp is very slow, and they claim to be "pet friendly" but charge a fee per pet and per day, making life difficult for pet owners and using the term to profit even more from guests. It's funny that I don't see them charging families who stay with several children, who are even more disruptive than pets. I wanted to stay for 4 days with my two cats, who would stay in the room the whole time, but I gave up because of the cost. Not to mention that parking is also charged per day. Unacceptable!
