To visit Vietam and Da Nang in particular, was our long lasting plan and important point on “to do” list. It was also quite obvious that we would be looking for a bit of comfort, good food, famous local hospitality and fantastic views. As frequent Radisson customer with highest tier level, I set my standards high and expect superb service. It was natural to choose Radisson Blu Da Nang for our 7 days and 7 nights rest. Guess what? It was PERFECT experience. Let me put strong emphasis on customer care – hotel staff not only was visible ready to help but exceeded expectations. Spacious rooms facing sea on the 18th floor gave as breathtaking view, swimming in infinite pool on the 20th floor late evening was memorable experience, breakfasts are worth every penny spent – every day new experience of fresh choices of local and continental dishes. And the grand finale – person that was every day amongst us customers, making sure all worked fine, greeting us with a memorable smile turned out to be the leader of this hotel – Christian, the General Manger. I fully recommend this hotel. Do not forget, smile and be respectful because good always come back. Christian and the Team, thank you for making our stay enjoyable 😊

Fabulous stay at the Radisson. Great location by the beach, with plenty going on nearby. The rooms are lovely, comfortable beds and a great shower. There’s a comprehensive spread for breakfast covering western and local options. We loved it. They have a great lounge as well for evening nibbles and drinks. Special mention to Kristian, Anh, Luna, Khanh and the rest of the team. Nothing was too much trouble and always service with a smile! 5 star

The service was excellent, and the location is outstanding, with My Khe Beach just a few minutes away. The room was spacious and very clean, making the stay extremely comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again. I truly appreciate the thoughtful birthday cake prepared for me, which made my birthday celebration memorable and special
