It was accessible but limited. I stayed for 15 days, and on day 3, the room had only one bottle of water. Initially, there were two. If you requested anything—a towel, paper towels, or water—it came at an additional cost.

Although they are very friendly, the place has uncomfortable things like the bad smell in the hallways and elevators, the pool was dirty even though it was morning, in the quadruple room they only left me 3 towels, the next day they did not change my towels, I had breakfast included and the second day they only gave me 2 breakfasts and I paid for the other 2, the terrace was dirty and at night we had cockroaches, I imagine they must be there but with the fumigations that type of things should be controlled. The truth is I would not return, I do not like to ask for things that should be included, it is uncomfortable to ask for things without having to do it. And the entrance to the hotel is killing yourself because it is right next to the traffic light and if you do not know then you have to throw sheeting or you will get lost.
