Absolutely no respect for customers!! If I could give zero stars. Check-out is at noon. I was woken up for the first time at 9:30 am by a cleaning lady who knocked on the door, opened it despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign, and then left. Knowing that I had already had a terrible night (the air conditioning was blasting when I arrived; I turned on the heat to warm the room, but even after turning it off, the air remained very dry, and there was no handle to open the window to ventilate the room, so I got sick), I went back to sleep because I was so exhausted. Shortly before 11:00 am, the door opened again, this time without even knocking. I heard a woman grumbling, then she closed the door. Unacceptable!! I've never seen anything like it in any hotel, so I didn't expect such treatment in a hotel costing over €100 a night. At 11 a.m., my alarm went off. I went to the bathroom to get ready, and this time a man opened the door while I was naked in the bathroom. This is really outrageous! A man had the nerve to open my hotel room, which was assigned to me until noon and where I was supposed to be safe. He spoke to me while I was naked (the privacy of a prison cell in this hotel) and said the room was supposed to be free, even though, as they had seen three times, I was clearly in the room, so no, it wasn't free. Completely absurd and disrespectful. One mistake is bad enough, but these things happen. If the staff thought I'd already checked out and woke me up once, they could have simply apologized and left it at that instead of barging into my room three times. They clearly saw that I was still in the room and chose to disregard my privacy by opening my door three times! This is truly unacceptable. Especially since I was alone and undressed in a room where no one is supposed to enter until noon! How can you act like this? Your staff's behavior needs to be reviewed. Instead of checking with your team, you pressure guests to leave their rooms, prevent them from sleeping, and completely disregard their privacy? Furthermore, there was no apology upon my departure, nor any compensation, as if this were perfectly normal in their treatment of guests. Bonus: The man was able to open my bedroom door even though I had locked it after the first two break-ins so I wouldn't be disturbed anymore, so you really can't feel safe even if you think you've locked it, anyone can come in while you're sleeping or showering.
