A great hotel with beautiful rooms. Those willing to spend a little more will be rewarded with a magnificent view of the Panama Canal. I often stop at this hotel after arriving from Europe, as the time difference allows me to spend hours in the morning with a cup of coffee, watching the ships go by. It's also very conveniently located near the bridge on the Pan-American Highway, making it easy to get out of the city quickly in the morning. There's 24-hour service, snacks, a microwave, a coffee maker in the rooms, and a refrigerator stocked with a variety of drinks. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are huge, and the beds are comfortable. This is how a relaxing vacation in Panama can begin.

Close to the hop on hop off tour bus route. Dated, but good sized rooms with good plumbing, comfy beds. Lovely pool area overlooking the water. Good value for the price. Short taxi ride to the old town, which is well worth a visit.
