For a 4-star hotel, there are several areas for improvement. In my case, the bathroom had some broken fixtures. On the last day, I left my room and there was water all over the hallway (it was dangerous because someone could have slipped and fallen). The room didn't have a refrigerator. The breakfast was mediocre. For example, they only had black tea on the first day. The staff was very friendly.
