Stayed with my family, group of seven and it was fabulous. We received excellent customer service from arrival to departure. Melissa (my name sake) at the front desk took very good care of us and gave us a warm welcome! The security guard (Noel) always brightens your day with his heartfelt greeting and demonstration of warmth to customers. The rooms are very spacious. Love the idea of the fridge in the room. We also want to express thanks to Hospicia who took care of our house keeping duties. She was always friendly, respectable and pleasant. Also, thanks to Karissa for the amazing treats, especially the banana cake!! Would highly recommend!!

Stayed at the Radisson Hotel for a day pass where I was immediately met with helpful and friendly staff members. The check in process was seamless and timely with the help of Melissa at the front desk. The room was spacious and comfortable as well as the pool was clean and refreshing. The general stay was 10/10 and I will definitely return in the future.

I took my Daughter to spend a day at Radisson hotel for her 9th birthday. I must say she definitely lived a Dream cause she enjoyed every minute we spend there. Really amazing experience and everyone was so helpful,welcoming and hospitable especially, Brianna, Daniel and Melissa. Awesome staff indeed. We will be back. Thank you .Keep up the great work.
