Wow, been staying at the hotel for years during the holidays to see family and friends, but no longer. What happened to strive with a smile. Everyone you see or speak too seems miserable. That’s when you actually get help. Checked in about 8:30 pm was told that bar and restaurant was open. Walked in body at the bar and no bar stools, (they were pushed off in a corner. Had to wait for someone to come out to get a drink in what looked like a closed restaurant, nobody in site. Next morning came down for breakfast, still nobody greeting us. We get coffee and water on our own and set it on a table to got get plates for food, came back to the table to find both coffee and waters removed. And cards we present for that breakfast. On the second morning we try it all over again. This time we decided we better keep track of everything on our table, it worked. But when we got home we discovered they somehow figure out a way to charge us for the supposed free breakfast. No longer a fan of this place. PS. They also need to get the large rigs parked out front to either shut down or relocate them.
