We booked a hotel in advance for our family with children. We received a confirmation. However, upon arriving at the hotel, we cancelled the reservation due to a glitch. They offered to check us into another hotel, supposedly a better one with a room of a higher category. We agreed and went to the other hotel. Unfortunately, after checking the prices for these rooms on the website, they were sold out for those dates at half the price we paid. It's unpleasant when a hotel, due to its own mistakes, doesn't try to help, but tries to profit from them. We also didn't like the hotel's location. The road leading to the sea winds. The children's entertainment at the hotel was fun, though. While they were on the premises, the children had time to play.

I was staying at this hotel from December 15, 2025, to January 4, 2026, with my family: two daughters and my wife. Unfortunately, the hotel gets a solid two stars for the price/experience. Let me explain: — the entrance hall is large, but there are no fans, let alone air conditioning. — they didn't provide water or towels upon arrival, and didn't explain anything. Expect to wait the stated 3:00 PM check-in time; in fact, they checked us in at 2:00 PM. We immediately discovered problems with the air conditioners: one leaked right away, and the other was as noisy as a plane. We asked for a replacement. The second one was also a failure, with no hot water (they fixed it three times, and it only lasted half a day). One air conditioner didn't work at all (it only worked as a fan, without cooling). The water pressure was weak, even though we were on the ground floor, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. We ended up moving to the third room, where the main gym didn't work, the children's room smelled slightly, and ours was very noisy—yes, it was the best of the three rooms. The hotel is extremely infested with mosquitoes, especially on the ground floor; they clearly don't have any mosquito control measures in place. The kids had upset stomachs after their first swim in the pool. The gym is a whole other story. The equipment is falling apart, the doors are falling off, the walls are bulging, and the showers are like those in a cheap Thai joint. This hotel doesn't justify its price; I'd suggest you consider the Marina Hotel, which is nearby. The buffet is decent, but there are a lot of broken dishes. This didn't affect us, but our friends had a double room and their windows overlooked a noisy construction site. There were also some advantages: the sea is close, but be careful crossing the road—cars don't yield even on a crosswalk. Nice beach. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. Breakfast is generally varied. The rooms are large and have a pleasant veranda. We left our shoes in the dining room and couldn't find them. Either they don't have a "lost and found" system, or it stopped working long ago. In general, the staff either smiles, pretending they don't understand anything, or creates a false sense of urgency with minimal results. I recommend avoiding this hotel; it will likely be closed for renovations soon.
