Radisson Resort Kolobrzeg

I decided to use the pool at the Radisson Hotel in Kołobrzeg. Upon entering the hotel, I was ignored by the young receptionist who didn't answer my question, but okay, we'll move on. Poorly. I finally learned how to get to the pool from the staff. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and friendly. Upon entering the locker room, I was shocked. I've been to many pools, but I'd never seen anything like this before. Everyone changes together in the locker room (women, men, and children). It's very cramped, and the lockers are so small that there's only enough room for a towel and flip-flops, let alone a large bag, jacket, etc. I felt uncomfortable. There are supposedly changing areas, but they're a bit further away. Only the men's and women's locker rooms are separate, but with showers. It's good that the showers aren't connected. The pool area offers a lot of attractions. The saunas are okay. The lifeguard was helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to requests. There were quite a few people. It's clear there are also a lot of locals from outside the hotel. You can't return your wristband before entering the locker room after the pool to change and leave to pause the clock. Strange... There are loungers and drinking water at the pool. Overall, the complex is very attractive, except for the locker room... I should add that I wanted to ask something at the main reception desk, but there was no one there, only staff members milling about. Unfortunately, guests from outside the hotel are treated slightly differently than hotel guests. Everyone entering the hotel is a guest, and the reception and first impressions are crucial. I know hotel standards, and this shouldn't happen. My comment will probably be deleted and nothing will change, but at least I described what angered and surprised me. Best regards.

Another great stay ☺️ The entire staff was incredibly friendly. A great atmosphere from the moment you walk in ☺️ The bartenders, spa staff, and restaurant staff were always open and, despite the often late hours, very helpful ☺️ It's also worth mentioning that there are at least 4-5 lifeguards at the pools, who really keep an eye on what's going on and respond quickly when needed. This hotel isn't a giant, but rather a more intimate one, so you can really relax, especially since it's a bit off the promenade, so you can experience the peace and quiet 🫣☺️ For a 4-star hotel, the food is excellent. There may not be a ton of dishes to choose from, but there's always fish, meat, and soups, which is more than enough. Every dish isn't some mass-produced dish, but a carefully crafted, well-seasoned dish. The rooms are very nice and clean. The cleaning ladies were also very nice and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return to it again.

I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel, and especially with the front desk staff. Sebastian deserves special mention for his professionalism, courtesy, and helpfulness at every stage of our stay.
