Very poor reservation management. We were told a payment link would be sent to confirm an Iftar booking, but nothing was ever sent. Repeated attempts to follow up through WhatsApp and phone calls were completely ignored. It is quite shocking that a hotel of this level cannot even respond to calls or basic reservation inquiries. Extremely disappointing.

Very disappointing experience trying to make a simple reservation. We were planning to attend Iftar at the Ramadan tent and were told a payment link would be sent to confirm the booking. Unfortunately the link never arrived. Several attempts were made to contact the hotel afterwards, both through WhatsApp and by phone, but there was no response at all. For a hotel of this level, I expected much better communication and basic courtesy towards guests.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I tried to make a reservation for Iftar for 5 guests at the Ramadan tent. The reservations team asked for my email address and told me they would send a payment link to confirm the booking. The link was never sent. I followed up multiple times on WhatsApp and received no response. I then attempted to call the hotel for an hour from three different phones, and not once did anyone answer. What kind of luxury hotel does not answer its phone or follow up with guests trying to confirm a booking? This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially for a hotel that claims to provide a premium Ramadan experience. If management cares about their reputation, they should review their WhatsApp reservation line and call center logs to verify this. Completely unacceptable service.
