What a lovely experience. We came from abruzzo and wanted a mini 2 day stay in rome and found this Raganelli hotel! Its perfect, very family oriented and the staff are super nice. Once we missed breakfast and the person running hotel on the day didn’t charge us for coffee and croissants we asked for and also at night we had no milk and he gave us Milk for our kids on the house. Very generous and great value staff ! They seem to treat people like family and also the rooms are wonderful

I stayed as a couple from December 23rd to 25th, 2025, during the Christmas holidays. This hotel pleasantly surprised me. It's obvious that the hotel is undergoing a major renovation, and this is evident from the interiors, unlike many competitors, and from the balcony complete with an outdoor solarium (unfortunately, it rained). Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with a glass of lemon-flavored water. It was a great thirst quencher after the fatigues of the journey. We found the room clean (it wouldn't have hurt to have had the heating already on, but I understand the environmental concerns), and the ventilation system was quiet even at night. The bathroom was in excellent condition. Finally, I was pleased to have a free parking space, albeit uncovered, outside the hotel. Overall, everything was fine, although I have the following observations: 1) Breakfast needs updating, especially the desserts. From a 4-star hotel, I expect a little more, perhaps even something homemade and not processed—the croissants weren't there; 2) Personal taste, but I'm not a fan of fake flowers and plants. I would have liked to find something real as well as Christmassy, like a poinsettia, rather than plastic orchids. I'm not saying everywhere, but at least in the key areas like reception and breakfast. 3) Slippers in the room would be nice, regardless of whether or not they have a spa. In conclusion, a pleasant experience, but I'd suggest revising a few things to make it top-notch. We'll be back.

Professional service, they hand out a map and a brief guide on where to go, what to see, and how to get there. Clean room on the 2nd floor, but the view from the window wasn't great.
