The hotel is beautifully located with a fantastic pool located inside the resort itself. That's where the beauty ends. The rooms are worn out, as in very worn out. The cleaning is inadequate, in some places downright bad. We had booked 2 bungalows. There is plenty of space, the air conditioning is incredibly noisy, the jacuzzis were not clean, the bathrooms were not clean, one toilet seat was filled with very thick glue that the cleaners were unable to remove during our entire visit. The floor in the shower gave way when you stepped on it and there was a smell of mold in the bathroom. The breakfast was downright embarrassing. The "hot dishes" were lukewarm at best. The employee who checked us out had a printed picture of some hand soap dish that they thought we had broken. I said nicely that I didn't mean that, after which she became very accusatory and downright rude. We were then allowed to pay 400 baht for that. I wouldn't book the place. The location is incredibly beautiful, but it is in no way worth the money.

I booked two standard rooms and one villa with a pool, expecting the villa to be the highlight. Shockingly, the cheaper rooms were in much better condition. The villa was dirty and poorly maintained (see attached photos). The Lows: Service: Most staff were rude and uninterested. The only exception was one friendly lady at reception whose name I unfortunately didn't catch. Dirty Facilities: The pool water was visibly dirty. Overpriced: The pool bar prices are so inflated that most guests buy drinks at a nearby shop instead. Special Occasions: We mentioned several times it was a friend's birthday, but the hotel did absolutely nothing. The Exit: Even asking for the beach transfer felt like a burden to the staff; the driver was openly indignant. The Highs: The breakfast was actually delicious. The location is stunning and perfect. Final Verdict: Such a shame to see a beautiful location ruined by terrible management. I will never book here again and do not recommend it.

The hotel sits in the most strategic location on the Railay West strip, which means you are just a stone's throw from the white sand and the most beautiful sunsets in Thailand. The atmosphere there is a combination of tropical luxury and peace of mind, with luxurious villas surrounding a blue pool and lush vegetation that gives a feeling of complete privacy in the heart of things. Don't miss the breakfast in front of the sea, there is no better way to start the day than with coffee in front of the huge limestone cliffs and the boats floating in the background 🇮🇱🇮🇱
