we come down from central Michigan for family Christmas an stayed 1/9/2026 -1/11/2026 we had to wait for are room to be cleaned because we checked are room an one side was cleaned and the other side wasn't the beds weren't made an coffee cups all over the place are tvs didn't work Saturday morning they brought us a new tv the one side of the room it doesn't get warm

This place feels more like a very low-class motel. The experience was uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. As soon as we reached the first floor, we were greeted by two very large dogs that were barking aggressively and appeared ready to attack. It was frightening and completely unacceptable for a place claiming to offer guest accommodation. There was no proper sense of safety, hospitality, or professionalism. Guests should not be put in a situation where they feel threatened just entering the property. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place, especially to families or anyone concerned about basic safety standards.

The bed in the room was comfortable and I was able to get decent rest. However, I arrived very late at night due to a flight delay, and the room I was assigned had issues with the charging outlet and the bed-side lights not working. I called the front desk, and the staff member checked the room and said someone would fix it the next day. I asked if I could be moved to another room, but was told the hotel was overbooked. Since it was already around 1:30 AM, I ended up fixing the issue myself by moving the bed, which was frustrating given how late it was. There were alternative outlets in the room, but they were far from the bed and not very convenient. As mentioned in other reviews, the bathroom was in poor condition and had an unpleasant odor. The location is convenient and close to the highway, but if the hotel continues to be this busy, it would really benefit from renovating the bathrooms and addressing basic room maintenance issues.
