We stayed here during our vacation at Krabi. It was an amazing experience. The manager is very friendly, accomodative and courteous. He upgraded our room with ease, as our small kid was accompanying us. He guided us with local restaurants and things to do. He also suggested nearby kid friendly places. Talking about the property, location is excellent (all the dining and side seeing was walking distance). Rooms are spacious and had a beautiful view from balcony. The biggest add on is the swimming pool. One of the biggest pool and very well maintained. Overall environment of the hotel is amazing and worth the penny. Staff is Courteous and responsive. They responded to our queries and difficulties in hardly few minutes. To summarize, we really enjoyed our stay in Krabi at Ramada. The place is beautiful, spacious with largest pool and manager + staff being courteous and responsive.

Rooms are very poorly maintained.. atleast in the wing that i was staying at. Furniture was very old, almost damaged at edges, had to be very careful since i had a kid with me and she got bruises on her legs Even the wooden vinyl on flooring was coming out at places making it dangerous to walk around. Breakfast spread wasnt great too, if you eat eggs, you wont be left hungry in the least but for vegetarians, only breads and fruits primarily and if you are lucky, some veg option. The spread was very limited though Wifi is open network, so unsafe. However it worked for 2-3 days and then was unavailable. We mentioned to fromt desk but it was not fixed in the entire day. We had to rely on international roaming data for about 2 days in our 4 day stay Good thing is the pool was amazing. However, the kids pool had open tile corners due to which my kid got cuts on her leg. Location is perfect with a 7/11 right across and atleast 6-8 indian food restaurants in a 100m vicinity. And Ao Nang beach , krabi night market and landmark market at 10-15 min walking distances

The Worst Ramada Experience I Have Ever Had My family and I are currently staying at the Ramada by Wyndham Ao Nang Krabi, and I must express my profound disappointment. The service and hospitality have been shockingly poor, leading to a truly pathetic experience that is far below the expected standard for a Wyndham property. Factual Breakdown of Service Failures: 1. Non-Existent and Inflexible Housekeeping The single biggest issue impacting our stay is the complete lack of housekeeping service after 4:00 PM. As a family traveling with a four-year-old, we often return to the room in the afternoon for rest or after a beach trip, making earlier cleaning times difficult. When attempting to request service outside the narrow window, we were told housekeeping was unavailable. This forced us to return to an uncleaned room, disrupting our ability to relax and enjoy our stay. There is no excuse for a hotel of this size and brand to cease basic services like housekeeping so early in the day. 2. Pathetic Staff Response and Unresponsive Service The hotel staff demonstrated a severe lack of training and customer care. Our attempts to resolve issues or even request basic items were met with delays and apathy: Delayed Response: Simple requests to the front desk or through internal lines often went unanswered or required multiple follow-up calls. Poor Attitude: The general attitude of the staff, especially those in guest services, was distant and unhelpful, suggesting a complete lack of hospitality. Conclusion: Unacceptable Standard for a Wyndham Property My family and I chose the Ramada brand expecting a reliable level of service and comfort, but this property delivered the worst experience I have ever encountered under the Ramada name. The combination of rigid, inadequate housekeeping and unresponsive, poor-quality staff service has made our stay miserable. I strongly advise management to urgently review and restructure their operations and staff training. Until significant improvements are made, I would caution future travelers against booking here.
