The rooms were excellent and well-maintained. However, the dining experience was disappointing as there were very few vegetarian options and the food quality was average. While the staff is good, the room service is extremely slow. Also, they often don't attend the phone calls at the desk, which is frustrating. Great rooms, but service needs a lot of improvement.
