Amazing experience from start to finish! The hotel was clean, beautiful, and very well organized. I want to give a special thank you to Omar and Nusret—they were incredible, so kind, helpful, and professional. They really made our stay special. Every single employee was great, from the breakfast staff to the room service to the lobby team. Everything was always clean, fresh, and perfect. You can really feel that the staff cares about the guests. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back again. Thank you to Omar, Nusret, and the entire team for such a wonderful experience!

Unfortunately, this hotel ended up ruining our vacation. During three weeks of traveling around Europe, we never experienced anything like this. To be fair, I must mention that I initially mixed up the dates and made a reservation starting one day later. The booking was made through their loyalty program, however the hotel itself did not recognize this loyalty system. The receptionist said he could not help me correct the dates in their system. We then spent about two hours sitting on the terrace while I asked a friend, who also has the app, to make a new booking for the correct dates. After midnight, I returned to the same receptionist and informed him that I had made a new reservation. His reaction was: “How did you make a reservation for a past date?” — which was very surprising. He then asked for the passport of the person who made the booking (who was not with me and was in another country), then my passport, and later even my roommate’s passport. Throughout our entire trip, my roommate was never asked for her passport anywhere else, so this situation felt excessive and confusing. The receptionist explained that under the loyalty program, if someone books a room for another person, the hotel must be notified in advance, claiming this is stated on the website. Even if that is the case, I previously stayed at Wyndham hotels in Denmark where a friend booked the room for me, and I had no issues checking in at all. We were already exhausted after our flight. Our friend waited for us on the terrace for two hours, and we later sat there ourselves having a beer. The night bar staff repeatedly disappeared, and we constantly had to look for them. The only positive moment of the entire experience was a young staff member who kindly helped us carry our backpacks to the room.
