I haven't had the pleasure of enjoying the hotel, but the cafeteria service, although the products served are of good quality, the service and speed are very, very poor. The waiters, especially in the morning service which is when I go, are terrible; they are unfriendly, indifferent, and slow.

This hotel is good if you want to be between the centre of Madrid and the airport. There's a train (not metro) station nearby called Tres Cantos which makes it convenient,, however just take note that trains are less frequent compared to metros. The only problem I had with this hotel was that the housekeeper didn't refill the shower gel even after I had informed the front desk. I had to bath with my facial wash.

We arrived to find the heating wasn't working. By fiddling with the fuses, we managed to get it working, but for the two nights we stayed, the whole family had to shower with cold water. We were told there was a problem with the boiler. The best thing about this hotel, without a doubt, is the staff. The two women at reception and the café were delightful and treated us wonderfully. They were incredibly patient with our repeated calls and tried to help us resolve any issues that arose. A big round of applause for them; they were so generous and kind.
