We were very impressed with Roma Patel when we arrived. She was very welcoming, knowledgeable and made us feel right at home! Our room was one that had been redone with new carpet and paint-very nice! The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. Our only disappointment was the complementary breakfast… The orange juice and apple juice tasted sour and we felt like they could do better. We’ve been here several times in the past, but aren’t sure we want to come back if that’s what will be. Thank you🙂

Due to the fact it let your response be shown but not mine, here is the follow up from the incident on 11/27Thank you for responding, but for accuracy and transparency, several statements you made require correction. 1. The hot tub jets were never the issue. The concerns—which your General Manager acknowledged during our recorded call the following day—were the pubic hairs in the bathroom, hair in the bed, and what appeared to be bedbug indicators at the ends of both beds. Which she confirmed she did not bother to inspect, as she was there over her scheduled time off at 8. These were the reasons we could not remain in the room. 2. We checked out the night before, well before 10 p.m. We left the property that same night yet received a text message the next morning claiming we “checked out that morning.” This was incorrect, and it raised concerns that the room had not been inspected promptly despite the possibility of bedbugs. 3. Your staff confirmed that rooms had previously been serviced for bedbugs. During our recorded call, a staff member stated the rooms had recently been treated, which indicates this has been an issue before and is important information that was absent from your public reply. 4. We only contacted the hotel the next day to clarify the false checkout message and to ensure the room was properly inspected due to the suspected bedbugs. Health and sanitation were the focus—not pool amenities. 5. Your response attempted to portray my husband as aggressive or threatening. This is unacceptable and untrue. At no point did he threaten anyone or act inappropriately. His frustration was with the lack of accountability and the refusal to acknowledge the documented conditions of the room. Suggesting otherwise is an attempt to slander his character instead of addressing the actual concern. 6. Management did not inspect the room the night we reported the issue. And brushed off any concern or care or proper protocol. 7. We have already been in contact with Wyndham directly and will be submitting the documentation, photos, and recorded communication. We have also been advised to share this information with the local health department due to the sanitation and pest concerns. My review is not written out of hostility—it is written out of responsibility. Guests deserve clean rooms, honest communication, and management that addresses legitimate health and safety violations instead of misrepresenting events or deflecting blame. I stand by every detail of my review, supported by photos and recorded calls.

Ended up with bed bugs ugh 😑 …
