The Ministry of Tourism, the municipal police, and anyone else should go to this hotel. Disgrace, rudeness, filth from the rooms to the breakfast, from the bathroom to the curtains. Disgrace.

We are staying in room 703 and the cleanliness is disgraceful. We asked for the room to be cleaned again at 18.00 but they did not even take that into consideration. When we came back to the room at 23.00 we found different hairs in the bed and shower. We reported it to the reception but we did not get any results.

I don't know where to begin. I had one of the worst accommodation experiences. I understand that the rooms are old, but at least a solution should have been found for the lamps at the headboard that were falling down so low they barely touched the pillow and weren't able to stay in the air. Some of the sockets were practically coming out of the wall and were unusable. In the evening, a cigarette smell, the origin of which I couldn't understand, permeated the room. The ventilation didn't work well, so the smell didn't go away. The window closed, but it didn't lock, so it didn't completely block the outside noise. I had to call three times to request an iron for the room. The insulation in the rooms was incredibly poor. I called reception in the middle of the night because of the excessive noise coming from the adjacent room, and they said to please stop, but they might not stop, and if you want, they'll come up with a solution: change your room. When they told me this, it was 3:40 in the morning!! When I went down for breakfast, they said breakfast wasn't included. I asked to show them my bill, but they said we'll wait and see. They made me wait for 5 minutes while they tried to find the breakfast I paid for. This could have been checked while I was having breakfast. Overall, I was not satisfied.
