Stayed here for 2 nights Jan. 2026. The lobby/Public areas are nice but the rooms and support systems need a lot of work. 1) the elevators were being modernized so we had to use the service elevator, which is fine except it was broken for 75% of our stay and we went up and down 6 flights of stairs multiple times; 2) one of the beds was broken and on the verge of collapse, 3) the HVAC is old and couldn't blow air/the room was so hot we slept with the window open. In January! I hope this hotel can get some investors as it seems historic/has potential, but only worth a stay if you plan to sleep in the lobby.

There are roaches in our hotel room. We also had to walk to the back corner of the place to get on a freight elevator that was sketchy to ride it to the 4th floor. Hairs in the bathtub as well.
